Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms govern your use of YourPariksha ("the platform"). By creating an account or using any feature, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users below 18 should use the platform under parental/guardian supervision. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Exam Passes
Paid plans ("Exam Passes") unlock premium content for a specific exam or a listed bundle of exams for the duration you purchase. A pass for one exam does not grant access to other exams unless explicitly included in a bundle. Passes expire at the end of their validity period and do not renew automatically unless stated at checkout.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, download, scrape, print, screenshot-for-redistribution, or share question content, explanations, or study material.
- Share your account with others or resell access.
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to extract content or interact with the platform.
- Interfere with the platform's operation, security, or other users' experience.
4. Intellectual Property
All questions, explanations, notes, and materials on YourPariksha are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to study the content — it does not transfer ownership.
5. Content Accuracy
We work hard to keep questions and explanations accurate, but content is provided for practice purposes without warranty of completeness. If you spot an error, use the Report feature — we correct verified mistakes.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (including content theft or account sharing), without refund for the remaining period in case of serious violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, exam outcomes, or losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
